Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

Duration: 3+ months, with potential to extend or convert to permanent

Compensation Range: $64 - $69 / hour W2

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with exceptional visual design skills to lead a website redesign and elevate digital brand experiences. This individual contributor will focus on polished, high-fidelity interfaces while supporting broader product design initiatives, including digital communications and mobile experiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can work independently while partnering closely with engineering.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual redesign of a website, delivering clean, modern, pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Design high-fidelity web and mobile experiences for patient-facing and clinician-facing products.
• Establish consistent visual patterns across typography, color, spacing, iconography, and reusable components.
• Translate product requirements and user research into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and polished designs.
• Support broader product design needs, including email communications and other digital touchpoints.
• Contribute to scalable, accessible design systems and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Present design concepts, communicate decisions clearly, and iterate quickly on feedback.
• Explore opportunities to incorporate motion, micro-interactions, and illustration into digital experiences.

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 6–8 years of design experience preferred, with approximately 15 years as the upper target.
  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong emphasis on visual design.
  • Exceptional visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and attention to detail.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma.
  • A portfolio demonstrating ownership of a website redesign or website build from concept through execution.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineers and delivering implementation-ready designs.
  • Background in consumer-facing HealthTech or digital health products.
  • Strong communication skills, responsiveness, independence, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work remotely at a full-time pace, with flexibility to align with EST working hours when deadlines require it.
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience designing motion, animation, and micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with After Effects, Rive, Lottie, Figma, Principle, or similar tools.
  • Illustration and original iconography skills.
  • Experience designing for both consumer-facing and professional audiences.
  • Experience supporting broader product design needs, including email communications and other brand touchpoints.
