Scrum MasterThe Opportunity:As a Scrum master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizingcritical IT projects. You’ll work on unusually complex problems, introduce leading-edge concepts, and provide highly innovative solutions to your team and key stakeholders. Using tools like Gitlab, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and Excel you'll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish effective OKR planning, closeouts, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.In this role, you’ll guide and mentor your colleagues to directly impact the SOF community by delivering highly complex IT solutions at enterprise scale.This is an opportunity to share your expertise in Scrum software development, tactical planning, and delivery,while successfully delivering project solutions that will impact national security.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have: 5+ years of experience with Agile, Lean, and Scrum practices, including OKR mapping, planning, execution, sprint planning, retrospectives, and requirements gatheringExperience teaching teams agile framework conceptsExperience de-conflicting sprint goals and requirements as necessaryExperience prioritizing, leading, and coordinating tasks across multiple teams and distinct workstreams to accelerate delivery of milestones and feature releasesExperience with Atlassian suite, including JIRA and ConfluenceExperience with IaaS and PaaS solution development and deployment processExperience with cloud product design and feature release planningTop Secret clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have: Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, or rapidly scaling environmentExperience with containerized technology deployment, policy as code, and Infrastructure as Code best practicesExperience with large scale program deliveryKnowledge of DoD Risk Management FrameworkKnowledge of ServiceNow, Kanban, Scaled Agile, and Scrum frameworksAbility to infer and correlate delivery tasks to larger OKR objectivesAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to shifting prioritiesPossession of strong analytical and technical problem-solving skillsBachelor's degreeAgile Certifications, such as ICAgile Certified Professional, Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Program Consultant CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
