• Actively engage with potential clients to encourage them to sign up for our recruitment solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress using our CRM systems.
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and foster relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales is required.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Able to accommodate 30 hours of work per week in a professional, remote setting.
