Charter Aarrowcast is seeking a Melt Deck Operator to support safe, reliable melting operations in our modern iron foundry in Shawano, WI. In this role, you will operate and monitor furnaces and melt deck equipment, charge metal and alloys, and perform temperature and chemistry checks to produce high-quality gray and ductile iron castings. You’ll follow strict safety and lockout/tagout procedures, use cranes and forklifts for material handling, and coordinate with molding, core, and quality teams to meet schedule and quality goals.
